Water Bath Canning for Beginners

This class runs in the Fall 2026 session. Registration is open now; lessons, materials, and the class discussion board are posted before it begins.

You'll can a batch of peach jam and a batch of pickles using the water bath method, and learn how to check seals and store jars safely. This class is for anyone new to preserving who wants to stop being nervous about botulism.
