Artisan Pizza Dough and Toppings

Meets Wednesdays 6:00 PM - 8:00 PM · Fall 2026 · registration open
This class runs in the Fall 2026 session. Registration is open now; lessons, materials, and the class discussion board are posted before it begins.

You'll mix and stretch your own pizza dough, then build and bake two pizzas with a variety of toppings. This class is for home cooks who want better pizza than what shows up in a delivery box.
