Cake Decorating: Buttercream Basics

This class runs in the Fall 2026 session. Registration is open now; lessons, materials, and the class discussion board are posted before it begins.

You'll practice piping techniques, smooth a crumb coat, and decorate your own two layer cake to take home. This class is for anyone who wants birthday cakes to look less like an accident.
