Pickles vs jam, which do you like better so far

We're two classes into pickle territory now. Low key I think pickles are easier than jam, less guessing on the set. Curious where you all land though. Vote in the comments, pickles or jam, and tell me why. No wrong answer, unless you say you like unwiped rims, that's wrong.

I'm with you . Pickles are more forgiving, no anxious staring at a plate waiting for a wrinkle to tell you something. Jam still has my heart a little though, peach especially. Can't believe our six Tuesdays are already done. I'm sitting here with a shelf of dill spears and no more 9:30 Zoom calls to look forward to, which is a weird kind of quiet! If a fall session happens I'll holler. Miss you all already. Thanks
