This class runs in the Fall 2026 session. Registration is open now; lessons, materials, and the class discussion board are posted before it begins.
You'll build and feed your own starter, then mix, shape, and bake your first loaf to take home. Good for anyone who has always wanted to try sourdough but felt intimidated by the process.
