Sourdough update since class ended

Well, my starter survived but barely, fed it wrong for a few days before I remembered the ratio Kevin kept harping on! Loaf came out dense as a brick but Christopher ate it anyway, bless him! Kind of missing Monday nights honestly! Hoping they do a fall session.

Wanda, Margie - I miss it too, more than I expected! Herb's still on my counter every Monday at 6 like he's waiting for Zoom to start. Fingers crossed on fall, I'll post here the second I know anything.
