Strength Training for Total Beginners

Meets Wednesdays 5:30 PM - 6:30 PM · Fall 2026 · registration open
This class runs in the Fall 2026 session. Registration is open now; lessons, materials, and the class discussion board are posted before it begins.

You'll learn how to safely use dumbbells and resistance bands to build basic strength, with attention to form before weight. This is for adults who have never lifted before and feel intimidated by a gym setting.
