Intro to Map and Compass Navigation

This class runs in the Fall 2026 session. Registration is open now; lessons, materials, and the class discussion board are posted before it begins.
Practice taking a bearing, orienting a topo map, and triangulating your position using local trailhead maps as examples. For hikers who want a backup when their phone dies in the canyons.
