Sleep Better Naturally
Here's the thing. If you fall asleep fine but wake up tired or snap awake at 3am with your brain running a jobsite meeting, this class is for you. I'm not a doctor. I'm a contractor who got wrecked after we moved to American Fork and then read too many books and tested changes on myself, one at a time, writing down what actually worked.
We meet Mondays 7-8pm. Every week you pick ONE small change, try it, and write down what happened in a little notebook. No supplements to buy, no gadgets required. Mostly free stuff: light, evening routine, and setting up your bedroom cool, dark, and boring.
You'll leave with a small experiment, not a whole lifestyle overhaul. Worth a shot 🥰
What you'll learn
- Set a consistent wake time to anchor sleep
- Track one change at a time in a sleep notebook
- Build an evening wind-down with dimmer light and cooler air
- Tell the difference between a fixable habit and a doctor visit
- Design a boring, repeatable bedtime routine that sticks
Lessons
- Why You Wake Up Tired
We figure out what your sleep is actually doing before we change anything.
- Wake Time Is King
The single change I'd start with, and why my mom's been doing it by accident for 60 years.
- Light In, Light Out
Morning sun is underrated and evening light is the real culprit, and both are basically free.
- Cool, Dark, Boring
Your bedroom setup, treated like a room you actually built for sleeping.
- The Evening Wind-Down
A routine that removes obstacles instead of adding willpower, because you can't try harder to sleep.
- Pills, Trackers, and 3am
Where I'm skeptical, where I got things wrong, and the stuff that only works 60% of the time.
