Kelly came to yoga because her hips locked up, not because it was trendy. A few years back, in her sixties, she woke one morning and couldn't get out of bed without her back seizing. A friend dragged her along to some gentle stretches off a library DVD, and two weeks later she could tie her shoes without holding her breath. That was enough for her. She's not certified and she'll tell you so flat out. She just thinks it's a shame more folks her age suffer through mornings they don't have to. She gardens at 4,600 feet, tinkers with a 3D printer, and teaches a plain, calm room. 🌞
