Caroline grew up in a Korean-American house where her mom cooked every night after work and never measured a thing. When Caroline got her own kitchen and realized nobody was going to make the food she missed, she started calling her mom for measurements her mom didn't have, then wrote everything down because that's how her brain works. She built the recipe cards, timed the rice, and figured out which substitutions actually work in a Utah kitchen. She teaches because she got tired of people acting like Korean food was too mysterious. It isn't. She runs a tight room, starts on time, and will tell you the truth about your bulgogi.
