Steven never set out to be a business guy. He cooks for a living, works from home in Lehi, and the side-hustle thing came at him sideways back in 2015 when a neighbor asked him to cater a wedding luncheon. He said yes (he always says yes), then undercharged badly and learned the rest by rebuilding his pricing three separate times over a couple of years of spreadsheets at the kitchen table. What he figured out is that the money isn't the hard part, deciding your thing is real enough to treat seriously is. He's not an accountant and says so. He's a person who tested an idea on nights and weekends and lived to tell it.
