Post a photo of the spot you want to change

Scott SorensenInstructorMay 16, 9:24 PM

This week's ask is simple. Take a photo of the section of your yard you're most tired of dealing with, the patchy strip, the soggy corner under a tree, whatever it is, and post it here. We'll use these later when we talk layout. No judgment, mine looked rough before too.

Can't figure out how to attach a photo on this thing, you'll just have to trust me lol..... northwest corner strip, patchy dead grass, one sad juniper, and a low spot that turns into a swamp every time it rains. Alicia calls it "the bog." Class last week made me look at drainage though, kinda eye opening ๐Ÿ‘ Good luck!

troy the "bog" made me laugh lol, ours is the strip by the driveway that gets full sun and just dies every july no matter what we do

honestly its this sad yellow patchy stretch, theres even a lump where mitchell buried some old pipe a while back... i dont know why we never fiexd that

anyway cant figure out how to attach photos either so... guess we just gotta trust each other on this one lol

Thanks!

So Alexa that pie lump comment had me cracking up lol...

mine's the corner by our raised beds, full sun, this weird orangish patchy dead grass and theres a low sopt that just turns into mud... its annoying

would post a pic but same issue, cant attach anything on here for some reason. so annoying lol

but yeah sun exposure matters more than people think, for sure
