starter is sluggish since class, help

So after last week's class I switched my starter to a bigger jar like Kelly suggested but now it's barely doubling and taking way longer. Feeding same ratio, same spot on the counter. Did I stress it out moving jars or is this normal adjustment time?? 🫠 - M ✨
