Did anyone cut into their loaf too early

Real talk, I still do this sometimes even though I tell everyone not to. Cut a loaf too hot once because I couldn't wait and it gummed up in the middle. Bread keeps cooking inside until it's fully cool. I know this and I still break my own rule occasionally.

Did anyone else cave and cut early this week? No shame, just curious.

So guilty as charged too, Hailee 😅 i tell myself every single time im gonna wait the full hour and then like 45 minutes in im already reaching for the knife lol... but Julie's right, the carryover cooking thing is for real, I checked it against two other sources to be sure and got the same answer both times
