Bring your notebook Monday
Quick logistics note, bring something to write in Monday, we're doing bake notes and I want you keeping them on paper, not your phone. I know a digital version exists. I still write mine in a spiral notebook by the flour and it works for me. Bring a pencil too if you've got one.

Ha, this thread's kinda funny to see now that the class is done... still have my notebook by the flour like Julie said! Flour fingerprints all over page one, honestly. Hoping for a fall session

Right there with you Heather, kitchen just feels quiet on Mondays now... my sourdough's already slowing down without the schedule.
James, I feel that, my Mondays are quieter too. Herb's fine though, don't blame the schedule, just feed him a little more consistently and he'll perk back up. Keep that notebook by the flour like Jefferson and James did, it'll matter if there's a fall session. Miss you all baking along.
