Your shoulders creep up around your ears about halfway through the loop, most of you. Mine too honestly. Try dropping them on the next uphill stretch and see if it changes anything. I say this every module and I'll keep saying it. Posture beats pace, that's the whole idea.

the "load bearing habits" thing is so real, that made me laugh... i catch mine happening when im carrying santiago's pack too, shoulders creep right up and i dont even notice till theyre practically at my ears lol. reed's right though... dropped em on the hill tuesday and my breathing evened out so fast, it was kind of wild . wish my brain remembered that past minute ten thats the problem for me lol. i do it, feel better, forget completely, repeat
