Welcome to Bulgogi & Beyond — a few housekeeping things

Caroline SonInstructorMay 7, 4:57 PM

Starting next week, so a few logistics. Bring your own apron if you've got one, the kitchen has most of what we need. Park in the lot behind the building, not on the street. We start on time. If you're five minutes late you'll miss the knife setup and I don't repeat that part twice.

good to know on the parking, thank you Caroline!! bringing my own apron and setting like three alarms so i dont miss knife setup lol 😂 not gonna lie im a lil nervous about that part Thanks :):(

Just got back FROM Bear Lake and still thinking about how good that bulgogi turned out over the fire. Kinda bummed the class is over honestly, HOPE Caroline does a fall session. That knife setup part alone was worth it.

Austin, bulgogi over a fire at Bear Lake might be the best use of that marinade I've heard yet, better than my stovetop honestly. glad the knife setup sutck with you, that's the part people usually roll their eyes at week one!

I'm bummed too, this six weeks went fast. no promises yet, but I'd love to do a fall session if enough interest is there Thanks!

Jeffrey, noted, I'll keep a list. meanwhile my own kitchen feels quiet without a Tuesday deadline, I made bulgogi last night just to remember why we started. miss this group already.
