When we get to doubling batches this week, a heads up from my own kitchen, I once tried to double a kimchi recipe without doing the math on jar space first. Cabbage everywhere. Did anyone else scale something up this week and regret it? Tell me what happened, I want to hear it.

I doubled the bulgogi marinade Tuesday and honestly ran out of everything... pear puree, soy sauce, grated onion taking over every bowl I own lol. dustin walks in and finds me elbow deep in it, goes "just estimate the ratio," classic him, honestly. it worked out fine in the end I guess, I wish I'd read ahead before committing three whole bowls to it. would've saved myself the mess for sure 😂:(
