tuesdays are gonna feel weird without this class lol

ok so the class technically ended after the june 9 meeting but i literally sat down last night out of habit like it was gonna be a zoom night and then remembered oh wait it's over 🫠 anyway i kept painting anyway bc i miss it already which feels dramatic to say about a 6 week watercolor class but here we are.

tried doing that wet on wet sky thing we learned and it went SO wrong, like the colors just ran together into this weird gray-purple sludge instead of a sunset, logan walked by and asked if it was supposed to be storm clouds and honestly i just said yes and moved on lol. gonna try again this weekend with less water bc i think that was my problem, i was way to heavy handed.

honestly this class kinda reignited something for me idk how to explain it, just made me want to keep making stuff with my hands more. anyone else still practicing or did everyone immediately go back to normal life haha. really hoping tehy run this again in the fall bc i am not ready to be done learning this Thanks
