finally got al dente right

small win but felt big. did the pasta water test we talked about last week and actually pulled it early instead of trusting the box time. cacio e pepe didn't turn into glue for once. madison noticed before i even said anything, which low key felt like the real win here.

Adam that's huge, cacio e pepe turning to glue is basically a rite of passage. Madison noticing firts is the real win.

Adam, that's the whole class right there, pulling it early instead of trusting the box... Angela's right, glue is a rite of passage. Wish we still had Wednesdays to keep building on it. Fingers crossed for a fall session
