Where do you get good stitch markers?
Week 3 pattern reading and I keep losing my place... Hobby Lobby have decent ones or is Amazon the move here... 🌞 🌞
i use scrap yarn tied into a loop, works fine and it's free lol... didn't really see the need to buy anything fancy for beginner stuff 😅
Just use carabiners from the hardware store climbing/hardware section, the tiny ones! Super cheap, you probably already have some laying around if you do any outdoor stuff. I grabbed a pack for like $6 instead of buying the cute craft store ones! Not fancy but they work fine and you can clip a bunch on your bag strap so you don't lose them mid-project.
That's exactly what my mom showed me way back too, and I keep TELLING myself I'll do that instead of buying markers lol...never do it though!!! Gonna try it today on this granny square thank you for the reminder!! Needed that little nudge for sure

Sara, Kimberly, you're both right and it's what I use too. My mother-in-law would've fainted at the idea of buying markers when there's a whole bag of scraps sitting right there!! Missing you all already. Hoping there's a fall session so we can keep at it.
